THANK GOODNESS YOU'RE HERE...

'Thank Goodness You're Here!' is a comedy slapformer from Coal Supper, published by Panic. It is a bold bit of masterfully orchestrated comedy that confounds expectations at every conceivable turn. It delivers a new high watermark for a comedy game. Constantly hilarious, inventive and creative, it's a complete joy. It is one of the year's most unique and memorable experiences and one of the funniest games ever.

After arriving early for a big meeting with the mayor of a bizarre northern English town, a travelling salesman takes the time to explore and meet the locals, eager to give him a series of increasingly odd jobs…

'Thank Goodness You're Here!' unfolds over time as the players' exploration and antics leave their mark on the strange town of Barnsworth. With each completed odd job, new areas of the town open up, stranger and stranger tasks become available, and the clock ticks towards our salesman's big meeting.

The town's colourful inhabitants are brought to life with vibrant hand-drawn animation, fully voiced dialogue - featuring Matt Berry's dulcet tones - and wall-to-wall double entendres.

The game's bold, beautiful visual design seamlessly blends side-scrolling action vignettes with top-down exploration in a chock-a-block world. Our hero embarks on progressively more involved and puzzling odd jobs, from the mundane to the extraordinary: cut the grass, bake a pie, traverse the astral plane! This unique gameplay element sets 'Thank Goodness You're Here!' apart, offering a diverse and engaging experience that intrigues you.

The game boasts an original story based on traditional Yorkshire folklore. The attention to detail and creativity shine through, enhancing the game's immersive and unique experience that will captivate you from start to finish.

It also features authentic regional dialects guaranteed to mek thi spit art thi tea laughin' and an oddly moving original soundtrack.
