NOW PLAYING: ‘FOREVER AT LAST EP’ BY HIGHSCHOOL...

This is the first release from Aussie goth-poppers HighSchool (all one word). The six tracks were recorded during lockdown and deal with the isolation the band felt during the pandemic. This EP is full of introspective lyrics and catchy as hell music.

How to describe they sound? Think The Strokes if they had listened to a lot of Joy Division/early New Order. I also get hints of Fontaines DC and even The Smiths in there from time to time (which is definitely a good thing).

This is the bands first release and it is cracking, can’t wait to hear what comes next…
