I can only imagine how rough this American neighborhood is if, a) they need to put up signs to help prevent theft of items from cars or from people, and b) they advise to fill your decoy purse (they mean bag, damn colonials) with "thousands of angry, poisonous bees". Clearly fake, but still funny. Well played...
